1. Charles Taze Russell was never a member of the governing body of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. No such organization existed in his day, and he did not believe in such an organization. He even actually preached against the formation of such an organization until the day he died. No “governing body” existed at that time related to the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society as related to the independent ecclesias. It is, therefore, deceptive to speak of such a “governing body” and relegating member to such a governing body that did not exist at that time. The president, vice president and members of the board of directors did not hold any position as a “governing body” over the congregations of Bible Students.

   After Russell died, Rutherford, by means of deceit and legal trickery, gained control of the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society. Russell had sought, before he died, to keep such a thing from happening, both by the charter and also by his will. Within a short time after Russell died, Rutherford, however, disregarded Russell’s will and had by-laws passed that, in effect, would give him full authority over the Society. Then he used that legal entity to form a religious “organization” that he later called “Jehovah’s Witnesses”, basically, with himself as its leader.

2. Well as a Jehovah’s witness, I’d like to thank you very much for posting this wonderful history!

   I SO enjoyed reading about these pioneers and appreciate the information!

   I realise that not everyone will believe what Jehovah’s witnesses believe. I mean, I don’t believe what YOU believe. I personally simply cannot accept things like the Trinity.

   I have seen some changes in the organisation since I first started studying (1982). It doesn’t trouble me that there have been changes. I recognise that the “light keeps getting brighter”. And sometimes I look at things differently from the organisation. I just leave those things with Jehovah and wait until he reveals it.

   I do believe that Jehovah is backing the Jehovah’s witnesses. And I feel content serving him.

   Yahweh is unchanging also Jesus said he is the same yesterday and forever why dont you trust him instead of the Watchtower who down through history have questionable doctrines and practices Jesus is the way to eternal life not the watchtower society dont leave it to see what happens you have this opportunity to read the Bible not the watchtower magazine and books from the organization

4. I sure would like an update. I have been out of touch with the GB lately so I don’t know who is in this boy’s club.

   So when did Schroder, Sydlik and Klein die?
   I think between 1999-2006.
   Since 2006 what about Barr, Barber and Jaracz?
   Can anyone confirm for me?
   Who are the newest members of the GB group?
   Anthony and Geoffrey Any others?

6. Thank you for this detailed list.

   I along with many others appreciate you taking the time to
   “set matters straight” in this regard. The GB does not seem to be as visible as in years gone by. So much power has been stripped away from this boy’s club in favor of Corporate America procedures. The flock don’t speak of them as we did back in the day. There are still no women and no diversity within the group as representative of a global brotherhood.

   Here are ten question sets that I and a few friends would like accurate answers to…..We want to separate the rumors from the facts and get to the root of the truth!

   1)Do you know of a law suit against Jaracz? During his time as a C. O./ D.O., It was reported, he sexually molested a young sister. She has since grown up and recently died.

   2) What are the developing details of doing away with Circuit overseers visits? When will this take place and what will the CO’s do? Go “pioneer where the need is greater”? How much money will that save the Society a year?Why will they be adding more burdens to “Qualified Elders”? So what is the real story behind these changes?

   3)”Invisible Growth” is an interesting concept from the July 15th Members only WT. How can we get copies of these mags, since they are strictly for “members only” now?
   Is there a way to post the content on this Website?
   What kind of loaded language and directives are in these magazines?

   4)What is the real reason, legally,(Is the flock coming up with too many “independent thoughts”)the WT Society has decided to end all home book studies? Was not that the Hook to stay together in times of tribulations?

   5)When was the Stanley Theater sold and for how much?

   6)Which of the NYC Bethel Homes are “rented” to which Universities in Brooklyn? And for how much a year?

   7)What other properties in NYC / Brookln have been sold and for what price? The “farms” do not produce food any longer. Who has the WTS outsourced to?

   9)Membership is dwindling. Donations are down.
   WTS is actively sending hundreds of Middle aged Bethelites home. Didn’t they think That Bethel was their Home?
   It has become so Corporate to down size the faithful flock.
   How much are they saving by “firing” this big group?
   Did Jehovah really have a hand in this “loving Provision”?

   10) When was the new time requirements implemented?
   15 mins. for publisher. Have the pioneer hours changed?
   50 for Auxillary / 75 for Pioneer /US national avg. 8hrs
   What are the new hours? We sweated to get in our 1000 /900.
   If they were changed when did this NEW light come about?
   I’m sure it was because of the increasing gas prices!

7. Dear ADMIN STAFF,

   I am most interested to get to the “real” reason that the WTS is making so many changes.I would like to also hear the
   “scripted” response to the flock.

   Do you have a mole in Bethel or an investigative team that has uncovered “the Truth” to the behind the scenes motives, legal matters and lawsuits settled or pending?

   It usually attacks their pocketbook first then they make a creative move in God’s name, the light has gotten brighter and the sheeple all say AMEN to that with no thought behind it.

   Here are some I have observed, that I would like more clarification on: Can you give a detailed comment to the history, dates, and the legal reasoning behind these many changes.

   1) Baptism vow was changed to acknowledge the organization.

   2) Voting is a conscious matter.

   3) Blood transfusion “parts” are OK! Which parts?

   4) Children and Blood Transfusions.

   5) The alliances the WTS and it’s corps. have built up around the world to support “One World Govt.” with UN, WHO Etc.

   6) The WTS is in bed with different governments for their own gain.Please give examples.

   7) The Examples of EXPLOITATION of their own People
   around the World. The Branches around the World are well fortified Barricaded Embassies. What are their costs to build and to maintain?

   9) In the name of religion,…..the WTS has committed crimes. What crimes are these? When and Where were they committed?

   10) They “fix” their numbers so they don’t look bad.
   Give Examples

   11) How many have really left? How many are cream of the crop?

   12) How many anointed saw the hypocrisy and left?

   13) How many JW’s are staying in for the sake of “their reputation” or for “their family”?

   14)The lastest new explanation for the reasons the newest “DATE” is the correct one.

   has been hinted at by EVERYONE EXCEPT JW’s
   But if something occurs in that time frame, I’m sure the JW’s will gladly take credit for Preaching the end is near and they were correct all along!
   Now please address the newest time frame and their faulty reasoning.

   15)What is the most accurate and comprehensive list of ALL
   the Corporations associated with the WTS around the world?

   16) Who is listed as the President and their main purpose for each one?

   17) Why is the WTS coming down so hard on anyone that encourages a college education, takes a college education or sends their children to a college for an education?
   Please find the real reason for us.

   18)What’s this new sweep of disfellowshipping, shunning and disassociating that is going on throughout the congregations? It appears, there is another wave of witch hunts going on. Where is the LOVE? Give me facts please.

   19)What are the stats on Disfellowshipping and Marking and Disassociating?

   20)Where is this fear and control of the congregations coming from? Have you seen the latest “RULES”?
   Would you please post them.
   It appears that the facts on the internet speak for themselves.

   Thank you for your time and attention to these pertinent Questions. We find these questions to be the cornerstone of what is really going on Globally in the name of Jehovah.
   Take your time to get your facts and references. It is greatly appreciated.

   It is not the lowly brothers and sisters….it is the corruption and hypocrisy at the top.

   Thank you so much for your attention to these important questions. To grasp an understanding of the legal precedent is to gain understanding of behind the scenes reasoning.
   Only in this way can we fully understand WHY Not because it is light getting brighter!
